Most agencies show case studies that quietly omit which numbers are real and which are aspirational. We don't. Every case study below is updated monthly with whatever the data shows — including the early months where the line hasn't moved yet. That's how SEO and AEO actually works.

Live, not retrospective
Each case study is published the day we start working with a client. Updated monthly thereafter. You see exactly when we joined the engagement and what's happened since.

Honest about pending data
SEO and AEO take 90 days to start showing real movement. Case studies in their first 90 days will say 'pending' for some metrics. That's not evasion — it's the right answer.

Screenshots over claims
Every meaningful metric is screenshot-backed. Google rankings, Search Console data, GBP insights, AI engine results. If we can't show it, we don't claim it.

What we'll only publish in case studies.
Most case study pages on agency websites are exercises in selective storytelling. Three cherry-picked clients, hand-picked dates, no method, no controls, no mention of the seven other clients where it didn't work. We've decided not to do this. The first reason is that tradesmen smell it instantly. The second is that anyone who reads case studies carefully and then becomes a client should expect us to write theirs the same way.
Every case study on this site follows the same structure: who the client is, what was missing when we started, what we're doing about it, and what the monthly data shows. If we don't have data yet, we say so. If a metric has gone down, we explain why. If we tried something that didn't work, we say what we changed.
