Is it really just one person?
Yes. Trade Growth SEO is built deliberately as a one-person agency supported by modern AI tooling. Most agencies hide that the work is done by junior staff against a template; this one is honest that the work is done by Brad against a system. The advantage for clients is direct access, faster decisions, and lower overheads. The honest constraint is that there's a ceiling on how many clients can be served well — which is why exclusivity per trade and per area matters.
What if Brad gets ill or goes on holiday?
Reporting and scheduled work continue without interruption — they're automated. Email and WhatsApp reply times stretch to next-working-day for the duration. For Engine clients, a stand-by VA covers urgent items. Long-term resilience is built into how the agency operates — it's a system, not a single person sitting at a desk all day.
Why no team? Wouldn't growing faster help me?
It would help in the short term if the work being scaled was the right work. In trades marketing, what compounds is depth — better schema, better content, better citations, longer-running campaigns. Adding a team to do this same work just means each client gets a less experienced person doing it. The plan is to stay lean, raise quality, and grow client roster gradually as the system matures.
How many clients does Trade Growth SEO take on?
Currently building from one client (NorthGrid) toward fifteen by end of year one. After that, growth slows deliberately. Capacity is gated by the exclusivity rule — only one electrician, one plumber, etc., per defined geographic area — which naturally caps the roster.
Where is Trade Growth SEO based?
Lancashire, UK. Work is delivered remotely to clients across the United Kingdom — the work doesn't require being physically near the client. We're happy to meet in person if your business is within reasonable distance of Lancashire.
What if I want to work with you but you already have a client in my trade and area?
Get in touch anyway. The exclusivity rule is enforced by trade-and-area pairing, not just trade — so a Manchester electrician and a Liverpool electrician can both be clients. If we genuinely overlap, we'll be honest, point you to a peer who might be able to help, and add you to a waitlist in case the position opens up.
